No, it was taken at 1:43am. The exposure was 15 seconds on ISO 50 and f/2.8. There was a full moon that night, which helped to even out the lighting. Because of that, and the low sensitivity, I was able to do a long exposure to streak the clouds without the window light being blown out.

Is this dusk?? It doesn't seem like it could be a long exposure time, since the kitchen light is not blindingly bright.
