Well, I'd say it looks like a place you'd want to be - no matter how decievingly cold it may be. Everyone likes looking at pictures of places they'd like to be and it makes it that much easier if you have NO clue where the picture is taken! ;o) Looks better than Chicago suburbs, any day.

I'm going to go with this picture was taken at a wedding reception. Which was at N 6th St and W Washington St. Am I right?
Well it was the KSPE (Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers) Awards Banquet, but you got the location correct. It's the Muhammad Ali Museum.
