Master Craftsman

Matt Morris painting his beloved CD rack. This was taken at my previous apartment. CD Racks were a huge ordeal.

9:30AMish

I took this this morning after I got out of bed. These pictures are really hard to take. I took at least ten shots and this was the best one I got.

I increased the exposure to +2/3 and used ISO50 to keep the shutter open longer. I then edited it in photoshop so that it didn't look overexposed. Sorry, but it's the best I can do when I can't manually control my aperture and shutter speed.

Things

My internet decided to stop working for about a week, and then yesterday, decided to start working again. I thought I knew a good amount about computers, but this little incident blew my mind. But whatever. I can see now that I will be wasting spending a lot of time on the internet rather than getting work done. Eh, I'll get it done though.

Matt, Robb, and myself are broken up, and The Apartment Blog must be retired...

I don't realize how much I miss home until I go there. Another flower bed shot from home...Mom and Bobby's pride and joy."There are few things pure in this world anymore, and home is one of the few."

I think I am going to start a different webpage solely for the posting of photos. But until that time, they will go here.

Photo Blog?

This has slowly been turning into a photoblog. Mainly because I like taking pictures, and secondly because it's easier to post pictures that writing. A picture is worth a thousand words anyway. These pictures were all taken at my home (read: hoooome) in NKY...

My two favorite colors...

Lightning in the flowers...

Lightning on the couch...

Lightning in the sky...

Marissa

This is a collage I made of my sister, Marissa. Hopefully she won't get mad at me for posting this. :)

Photoshop Rocks My Socks

Since I discovered the Color Replacement Tool in Photoshop, I've been having so much fun. This tool allows you to change the hue, saturation, and brightness of certain colors in your photograph. Check it out. I increased the saturation, decreased the brightness and changed the hue to be more red in the flower so that it would contrast more with the background greens.
